All training sessions are tailored to your individual goals and fitness level. A typical session includes:
a warm up,
programming based on your goals, your abilities, and the equipment you have access to,
stretching based on the workout and/or any physical issues you may have, and
discussion about your overall health, wellness, and diet.

“I had the opportunity with this COVID crisis to begin working out with James on a 2 day per week schedule for 45 minutes. My wife Judi has been working out with James for over 5 years and I joined her in the crisis.
We work out together now under James’s direction via Zoom which works out great, no travel, just get on line and go!
It does not take long for you to realize you are working with a very talented and experienced trainer. His experience really shows in that he always has a strategy for each workout involving various elements and movements all to achieve a goal. He has a very watchful eye on movements to improve form and effectiveness of each exercise.
